Founded by Builders
Summer Atlantic Capital was founded by a group of operators who had spent years building companies globally. Whether scaling SaaS platforms in Southeast Asia, growing manufacturing operations in Brazil, or expanding service businesses across Africa—we'd learned the hard way what it takes to build exceptional companies at scale.
We realized that great companies don't need more capital; they need better execution. We saw founders struggling with fragmented tools, isolated expertise, and siloed decision-making. Operational excellence was the missing piece.

Founder & CEO
Behind Mr. Chen is a team of experienced operators who have spent their careers building and scaling companies across software, financial services, logistics, manufacturing, and consumer markets. Collectively, they have worked on more than 50 successful builds and exits across a dozen+ global markets, bringing hard-won operating judgment to every partnership.

Our team is made up of former founders, CEOs, COOs, product leaders, and functional specialists in go-to-market, operations, finance, and people. They have led companies from single-market pilots to multi-country rollouts, managed complex turnarounds, and overseen strategic exits to global buyers.
